“Very poor when they get it wrong”

I am a repeat customer of MYOJ and have had no problems until now. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans with exactly the same measurements and when they arrived 1 pair was definitely smaller. Complained and was asked to send photos of the difference in size which was a half inch short upper rise and same for lower rise equals 1 inch tighter around the groin. They offered 10% discount on future orders and I now enclose quote

Kindly note, we have viewed the pictures with our designers,
Further, For the the Front Rise and Back rise, difference of half an inch will not at all affect the fitting of the Jeans.
Making your own Jeans is a unique and incomparable experience
As these are custom made garments a lot of efforts and involved in it.

We are trying our level best to help you out, but it is very important to understand as these are Hand made custom Jeans there will be some discrepancies

When they deliver correctly the jeans are great but if they get it wrong you are left with an expensive pair of jeans the do not fit.
