This was by far the WORST experience of my life. They tried pulling the bait and switch on us for a far worse hotel saying it would save us $17 dollars and that the other one we wanted was sold out as we were on the phone. This is absolute Bull $hit. After receiving this information, I said I would talk to my wife as we had planned on staying at the other hotel. We called back to inform them the new hotel we wanted to stay at (after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes) and when we went to book the new hotel my credit card was declined because they had already charged $1,700 to it with no actual booking from the conversation before (not to mention she denied doing so). Had to call my credit card company to inform them this was an unauthorized purchase. Tried calling back to Bookit to get my money back but of course could not get through to anyone. I spent 6 HOURS on the phone trying to book/get my money back, and got no further ahead (actually further behind!).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME ON YOUR HANDS AND MONEY TO BURN!
