“An absolute joke!”

sent my phone in 13 days ago and have not recieved it back yet. i have emailed them to enquire to its whereabouts and status but had no reply from them.
the online tracking system is a complete joke and offered no extra information regarding the status of my phone.
I am still waiting on my phone being returned to me.
i emailed them and have had no response and i have tried to rinf them and i cannot get through.
i understand that it may take longer than the 5 working days they say, but when you are paying 45 quid you would expect better service than this.
extremely dissapointed
