Having tried lots of different diets, this is definitely the best one yet. Because you can change the meals and substitute foods and ingredients so easily, it makes this diet one that you can stick to. Also, the comments that come back from your mentor are really encouraging. This makes it far more personal than going along to a class every week, waiting in a queue, then quickly smiling at the weigh- in lady because she hasn't got time to talk to you. And it's cheaper. For all these reasons, this diet is one that you are ore likely to stick with and not only reach your goal, but maintain it.
