“Utter sh1t”

We have had sa imilar experience to others. Within 6 years, it's been replaced once, now has broken springs in handles and is failing to maintain temperature. Miele want £145 just to come and look at it!

Meanwhile, our 12 year old Hotpoint is sat in the garage working beautifully.

Miele are known for quality. This is a myth. We have a Miele washing machine that is rubbish too.

Never again.
