“waiting for parts”

Our stoves cooker was written off by comets insurance company and we were told we could pick a new one the following week,but after a phone call we were told the job had been done so what was the problem.We are now waiting again for the parts as they say they can now get hold of some so the cooker can be fixed?..5weeks we have been waiting and getting fobbed off by comets extended warranty...so beware!!!
