“Online Booking Made Easy using HotelDirect”

The whole process with Hotel Direct in the booking process and the paperwork that accompanied the booking process was spot on. And, whilst we had booked in advance, we still got reassuring emails closer to our departure that everything was in place for us. I couldn't fault the process or how we were treated as a customer.
