Website doesn't make sense - where do you get a calling card number? You need this to change the delivery address, but you're obviously not going to get a calling card if they've got the wrong address?!

Anyway, I phoned them and also told them that Monday to Friday I wouldn't be in or be able to get to the depot to collect. They said they couldn't deliver on Saturdays and offered no other suggestion (so I assumed the depot isn't open Saturday, either) so I told them don't bother - return to sender.

Now they're trying to deliver it again (Tuesday), so even telling the numpties not to bother, and reasons why, has no effect. I assume they're so automated that anything that doesn't fit their system just can't be fixed.
