“Unreliable don't use”

I have a new blackberry water damaged phone, told would not take more than 5 working days to repair, 13working days later I am still ringing them and being told they need to spend more time on the Phone but they have cleaned it and dried it out, the phone was 2 days old and was dried out by me. When I companied they were not really interested and clearly not really bothered they have my money and my phone.
