“Brilliant, cant fault!”

I did some research before choosing a site and this one was recommended by professionals online. From the point of view of the person taking the test I thought it was challenging enough without being tiresome or repetitive. From the point of view of the employer wishing to use this as a training tool for their staff, I felt it demanded the right amount of attention, as a certain time period of studying was required in each section, in order that the exam may be taken. This site is definitely committed to the importance of food hygiene and I would recommend this to anyone in the trade.

The one thing I would have liked to have known before I took the test was, whether or not I would have to pay again if the test was failed. In all fairness this information may be on the site but I did not find it.
