“terrific and helpful and I'm a dum computer person and...”

I didn't want to pay Telstra $100.00 to unlock my prepaid phone that I owned so I found this site bought the product and prestow I did it.
I am not a computer person and I maybe took a bit longer to unlock but I just kept on doing what they said and now I using any telco company i want.
Maybe for the older person tht I am I only found the part about rebooting a bit confusing then I found out it was on my mobile they were talking about not the computer but I told you I'm a dummy on computers
I would recomend anyone else to use this great site
