“Should be closed down!”

I visited this KFC on August 10, 2012 around noon time. I walked in and there were only 3 people waiting in front of me and I was stuck outside holding the door open until someone in front of me was waited on. Looking around I noticed the place wasn't all that clean. When I ordered my food I repeated my order to the cashier 3 times, I would like a #11 PLAIN after the third time she repeated it back to me and said would you like wedge fries with that? I asked pointing at the menu board, "Don't they come with the #11? She said yes they do. I responded well then yes I would like to have what I am ordering. While waiting for my order I walked over to the seating area and all the tables were filthy. I walked back to the counter to pick up my order and asked the woman if I could have some napkins please, she responded with "there in the bag" and walked away from me. I walked back to my table unwrapped my chicken sandwich and it was loaded with all the garbage I didn't want! I walked back to the counter and placed it on the counter and the young woman asked, "what's wrong with it? I said what's wrong with it?? I asked you three times for a #11 PLAIN. Which only means you went out of your way to put garbage on it that I didn't ask for three times. After getting my correct order I sat down and began to bite into a cold chicken sandwich! I wrapped it up and tossed it in the garbage! Before leaving I wanted to go to the men's room to wash my hands and they didn't have a BATHROOM. NO BATHROOM IN A SIT DOWN ESTABLISHMENT?!?!?!

That will be my last visit to a KFC EVER!
