I mast say I could not believe my eye when I saw the holiday offer of an all inclusive in Majorca.

1. I must say a big big thank you to Paula Blackmore who helped me go through answering all question that I wanted to known about the holiday

2. Paula was and still is very helpful and patient, we have not been on holiday for a few years and things change in the way of making bookings.

3. I had quite a few email conversations with Paula as there were things I wasn't quite sure about, for instance printing your boarding pass it also act as you air ticket as well.

4. Paula has told me not only in an email but also over the phone that if I am doubtful about anything not to hesitate and to contact her again either by phone or email, she comes across to me a very professional lady.

5.You have a good worker there, again your a Star Paula and many thanks.
