I ordered a replacement Ray ban case very early one morning through Sports Shades Online. unfortunately I entered the wrong telephone number and misspelled my own name! (far too early to shop maybe..)
Anyway they tracked me down through my own website and managed to get my phone number from it, someone then phoned me to make sure it was me who had made the order.
