“First Class Service”

My wife had misgivings about installing a water softener but she now has done a turnabout and says she doesn't know how she managed without one. The plumber spent sometime ensuring the water softener was installed under the sink unit so we did not have to give up cupboard space. Salt usage is as predicted by Twin Tec and after sales service has probed to be quick and trouble free. We have no regrets about buying a water softener and didn't realise what great benefits there are in using soft water. Thank you Kevin Goody of Twin Tec!
