Where to start! I got an I phone with 3 last year. When I first got it they asked me if I would like a dongle that's free for the first 3 month. I said no about a million times but the man said ah it's free for 3 month then you can cancel it. Furious he put it through I didn't leave the shop very happy. They were also meant to cancel my old contract as it had finished and told me it was complete and there was no charge. First thing, When I started using my phone I realised the speaker did not work so I told them straight away as they gave me a faulty handset so they sent me 1 hour away to an apple store as that was the only option, they couldn't give me one from the shop. So annoying inconvenience! I called straight away to cancel the "free" dongle and they charged me £30 to do so. I complained to the store as soon as it happened and try said there was nothing they could do even though I didn't want it!! Next I got a £50 charge for cancelling my old contract that had already finished? The store never answered the phone and the customer service was terrible! A year on all I have had is signal problems and then my screen smashed, as I have insurance through my bank I had to get details from 3 to send to the bank. They told me they would send it but never so I went in and they said they had to post it even though I explained I never received it. I phoned higher up to make a complaint but no luck there either. The company is so bad it makes me angry constantly and I can not wait to get out of this contract.. That's if there is any escape?
