“Excellent car-hire service”

I chose Economy Car Hire initially because the prices were very competitive and they had a good range of cars to choose from. The bit about there being no excess to pay was also good and the fact that you could have extra drivers for free also helped to convince me to book! When we arrived we were met at the airport by the car hire firm, there was no fuss and minimal paper work - we were on our way within half an hour of landing. The car was exactly 'as advertised' and there were no hidden extras. The fuel policy was very fair - car came full and we returned it full, there was no extra charge for 'insurance', the car was clean and in excellent condition... We had a great holiday and then returned the car and came home - this is all you can ask for from a car hire company!
