I today purchased a beautiful brown coat from the above store. While i was there i was helped by a fantastic lady who was naturally gifted at her job. She advised me to try the Biba scarf with the said item and showed me how to style the scarf and at no point was she pushy or rushed me and there was no "hard sale" Inititally i only purchased the coat but having spent 2 hours shopping i returned to purchase the said scarf as it had made such an impact on the coat. Thanks again Cheryl for your expertise!! I will glady return soon!! Susan Tinsley - very happy customer.
