“Don't honour Terms & Conditions”

These people do not honour their terms and conditions. If your circustances change and you have to cancel in compliance with the terms; their website crashes repeatedly. It will let you amend; but it will not allow for a cancelation. If you advise them in writing, and confirm the cancellation with the rental company, they will say that the booking is cancelled and you are entoitled to a refund; but they charge your credit card for the full amount anyway. You have to raise a dispute with your card company and they then run and hide. I have been cheated. They are not good to deal with. I will never use them again.
