“SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH”

We've just returned from first holiday with Jet2holidays, and it ran like clockwork, from booking and receiving confirmation to checking in and booking seats online.

Flight to Majorca comfy and smooth, arrived in sunny Majorca 10 minutes early.

Claire (Jet2)introduced herself to us, enjoy your holiday, won't bother you, number in envelope if you need me, my ideal holiday (can't be doing with being pushed to go on trips etc.

Club Mac, Alcudia do a brilliant job,(stayed in Jupiter) but whole complex is open to all, there was absolutely masses of food to choose from in restaurant itself and then more available in snack and burger bars, room was clean and more than happy with beds being made for us everyday and clean towels every other day. Plenty activities within complex and again the team let you know things are on, but don't force/bully you into anything and another plus was the free entry to the waterpark across the road.

Another thing I liked was that you don't feel obliged to stay onsite, they supply free bus to and from beach, to and from Port at night and provide you with pack lunch if you have booked excursion or hired a car.

Claire also told as enjoy holiday, don't worry about going back until day before due to leave, hotel will be sent time of your pick up, times in book at reception, so you can check at any time.

We were collected at 8.20 as advised (about an hour to airport) giving us plenty of time to get through security etc and have something to eat before our flight at 12.20 (felt sorry for the Thomas Cook group who were due to be picked up at 8.10 and will still waiting when we left - they were meant to be catching a flight at the back of 10).

Would definitely book another all inclusive holiday, Jet2holidays being my first port of call.

The sun helps, but the smoothness of this holiday from start to finish ensured we had a chillaxing time.
