“Oh what a fool I've been!”

As others have already said, don't bother. I'm now stuck in a contract with Three until February 2013. I can't f*****g wait!

Three main complaints:

1) Very poor network coverage. I'm looking into using this as a way to annul my contract, how can they expect to hold me to a contract of service they can't themselves fulfil?

2) Customer service is appalling - once you've signed the dotted line, they don't want to know. Indian call centre - I spent an hour on the phone with them, 45 minutes of which was spent on hold. I had to explain my situation several times, to several different people and they still couldn't get it sorted. Total waste of time.

3) Daily drops in service - even in areas of good coverage, the network is often down, even if the signal indicator shows full strength my phone shows "Emergency Calls Only".

So yeah, learn from the mistakes of others and take your money elsewhere. Don't fall foul of their offers of a shiny new phone tied to a long contract, with zero service.
