Beware, Beware, Beware!!! Do nut use Sunmaster Holidays ever. Everything you see on their website is a pack of lies, the prices they quote are a million miles away from what the actual cost is. My husband and I were looking a booking a cheap week in Majorca for September 2012, we did this last year and it was fantastic, we booked it through HolidayHypermarket. We looked on a variety of websites for the cheapest deal and Sunmaster was coming up the cheapest at £390 for the 2 of us, at the Bellevue Club in Alcudia for 1 week self catering. This sounded like a good deal, therefore proceeded to book, entering all the information required, credit card details etc. At the end of the booking it said we will contact you to confirm the booking in 24 hours, this sounded a little odd but did not really think much of it. We good a call off them on Sunday afternoon and they left a message and called up again on Monday. My husband took the call, he was very surprised to find that the holiday was not actually booked and he needed to confirm whether we wanted to take any baggage on our holiday and they also informed us that the holiday was no longer £380 it was near to £600 due to the rising prices of flight...in fact it never was £380........ FALSE ADVERTISING. Obviously we were extremely annoyed by this company and cancelled the booking.
After cancelling this booking, we decided to have another look around the internet and came across another deal. of £412.. again from Sunmaster, obviously we were very sceptical about booking with them, but thought perhaps we would get an accurate price first time if we rang straight away... which we did. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone, who I gave the reference number to and he went through the booking. He then came back with a price of £571... how could it possibly change by over £100 in the space of a few minutes... by this point I was fuming. I explained to the man on the phone that this was false advertising and that their website was deceiving to the customers and extremely in-accurate, he then tried to tell me that the hotel was filling up quickly so they doubled their price and the same with Easyjet. The then got into a rather heated argument with him, while trying to explain my point that the website is just a complete and utter lie.... again he denied this...
DO NOT EVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS A PILE OF ABSOLUTE RUBBISH>
