“Absolutely Awful!”

You'd think in light of the economy that shops would be delighted to take you money but NO! After trying to spend £600 pounds at Selfridges online and ensuring my transaction was cleared by my bank for a credit card payment I am told that My details have failed Selfridges internal validation checks and customer services after putting me on hold for 10 minutes refuse to tell me whatnthe issue is. Needless to say, the Many thousands of pounds I spend in store at Selfridges each year will also be going elsewhere. A complete timewaster!
