“Improve the pick-up service”

The location for dropping off the car was not too far away and what I expected. The check-in process was easy and a mini bus was waiting to take us to the terminal. On the return however, we called to let them know we had landed (as instructed) and then proceeeded to the bus stop. However no bus arrived and I called again and was told the bus had come but we had missed it and we needed to wait 20 mins. 30 mins later a bus came but by then so many passengers were waiting that we only fitted in with my 4 year old on my lap without a seat belt
