I have used the Wakefield store store on a number of occasions. The last 3 times (all in the same year) I have been told that my loyalty card has expired & I need to purchase another one. It was fortunate I had kept the proof of purchase for my card otherwise they would have charged me again. The store refused to issue me with a card with an expiry date on so all I have is a number on a piece of paper. If this has happened to other customers how many people are this company falsely charging for their loyalty card?
