“Exceptionally Outstanding”

I've used envirofone previously but this time they stood out even more than before! I was trading in mine and my boyfriends phone. I clicked the phone make and waited for the envelope to arrive, which arrived speedily, however when it did arrive they contacted me to say that I had clicked on the lower version of my boyfriends phone and it was actually worth £13 more than I had originally been quoted!

I was highly impressed that they had notified me about the difference as it was my fault entirely but thankful nonetheless that they had

I was also impressed that there was a wide range of payment options that included cheque, bank transfer and an Argos voucher to the value of the phone. I have experienced companies that charge you for choosing bank transfer over the other options and I'm happy to say that envirofone isn't one that does so!!
