Terrible service - the service was incredibly slow, the customer service representatives were extremely vague about turnaround time and exactly how soon the iPhone would be back. SEVEN working days (9 calendar days) after they received my phone I was told it could still be 4-5 working days before they would HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK TO REPAIR IT. Amateur. Avoid at all costs.
