Booked on line and made a duplication error myself, phoned alpha rooms support and they were very efficient and helpful and resolved my error at no cost to me. I had read bad reviews on line of alpha rooms support on line so was nervous phoning and was convinced my duplicate booking couldnt be fixed but i was wrong - the person i got through to was extremely helpful, fixed my error and was very professional, helpful, efficient - will definatly use alpha rooms again
