“No problems whatsover!”

We booked our holiday back in December 2011 to go to Portugal with On the Beach in July 2012. Once booked I started reading the reviews on this site and was really worried! I needn't have been. From submitting our booking I had no problems at all - we got our confirmation email within minutes and had no further contact from OTB. Everything went really smoothly - the flights were fine and didn't change from what was advertised, the transfers were fab (booked through OTB) and the driver was waiting for us at the airport and came to the hotel at the right time to pick us up again. The hotel was just as described (and we did our own research too so we knew what to expect. All in all I would have no hesitation in using them again.
