“Typical online company”

Typically when booking online there is no real conversation so one takes a gamble when booking a holiday. Our hotel was nice but the town a total dump. We would like to have had some advice on the where we were staying. I think my main issue was our bad start. Booked our transfer to hotel via you and I was very upset to be dropped off in the dark in a car park and left to scramble up the back sandy slop to the 5 star hotel dragging my suitcase behind me. The wheels are now wrecked. Very angry when I arrived. Not a good start!
