“SHOCKING customer service!!!”

I specifically asked for my parcel to be delivered on a certain date as i needed it the day after, id arranged for the parcel to be sent to my grandparents house as i knew i would not be home to sign for it.
the delivery driver put a card through the door stating that hed been and gone and no-one was home. my grandparents are pensioners so their hearing isnt the best which is why they have a door bell that is linked to their hearing aids the driver clearly couldnt be bothered to ring the door bell and said no-one was home even tho the living room window was wide open... i then rang interlink express and they advised that my parcel will be re-delivered within 5-7 working days or i can drive for 40 minutes to my 'local' depot which isnt local atall as my local depot is 5 minutes away. so all in all express delivery is aload of rubbish id of got it quicker if i walked to manchester to collect it myself!!
