Trying to book and pay for our holiday is a nightmare. The accommodation and flight bookings are separate references. They advertised a hotel where we now find we have to move for the last night as it's closing for the season and so transfers have to be changed. They keep pestering us to pay the balance on the flights - which we can do online, but when we try to check our accommodation reference we find that 'we are waiting for the accommodation provider to send confirmation' and so we can't pay for it. There is no way of emailing Travel Republic unless you can use one of their set questions. We are wary of paying the balance on the flights before we get the accommodation we want and are concerned they want us to book flights and then ask us to go to a different hotel once we can't get our flight money back. Balance is due in a few days so we are now worried we'll lose our deposit. Very unsettling.
