I recently sent off an old Nokia X6 to them for recycling, I selected the incorrect memory capacity for the model 8Gb rather than 16Gb, they sent me an email notifying me of this and increasing the amount they were going to pay for the phone. Payment was then promptly received by paypal.

Good honest service thoroughly recommended
