I recently did a large order on the New Look website, and have encountered several problems. The first problem I had was that I placed my order at 17:50 on Tuesday night in order to receive my order the next day using their next day delivery service. When I checked the status of my order on the website it said that it was still processing. I then called them up to check, and they said to me that I did place my order at the right time but they didn't receive it until 2am, meaning that I would now have to wait until Thursday to receive my order. The man on the phone even had the cheek to suggest that my internet must be on the fritz, even though it was working perfectly fine! when I received my order it was missing an item and i was still charged for it. One again I called them up, and after being on hold for an obscene amount of time I was finally told that they hadn't even received my payment when they dispatched my items, so now I have to wait several days for the bank to unfreeze my funds and take all of my items to a shop and pay for them there. I am now worried that after I have payed in the shop the money may also go through online so I would end up paying twice. This is the first time i have ordered online from them and will most certainly be the last. It is utterly ridiculous that they gave me the items without the money going through and has just left me with worry.
