when they offer $9.99 unlock code, probably, you will have to upgrade optionally your order with a plus of $15.00 , because "supposedly", the code could not be found in standard database ($9.99 database), so, they have to search into premium database ($15.00 database). i paid finally $25.00 to get my unlock code, hoping paying just $9.99 to get it
