“Terrible customer service for a loyal customer”

I have been an Orange customer for 12 years and started with 3 phones on contract for my family, but as time as gone on, due to terrible customer service I only now have one remaining. And as soon as the contract is up I will be cancelling this one. More recently they have charged me for Two Phone numbers that are not mine, I told them they were not my phones, but the representative said "Are you sure that not yours, I said yes I'm positive they are not , He said they must be yours" .I later spoke to a manager and he said ok we will credit your account,"wait until I call you before paying the next bill as the credit needs to go on". Next day they cut me off.I have now got Five phones with O2, which are much better and have had no problems touch wood. Avoid Orange they have the same customer service skills as Basil fawlty from Fawlty towers.
