I bought a PC from PC Specialist 5 years ago and all went well, they gave me help and advice, hence I have returned a second time.
My new PC arrived a few days ago built to my order as a high spec machine, and I have a few concerns. Whilst sorting out the spec I did call them to ask a few questions, however the person I spoke must have been the cleaner, and he was unable to offer any help at all. I placed my order anyway and also sent an email asking that they check my order and confirm verbally it was ok, but this did not happen.
The spec is fine but it does not give me what I thought it would, you could say it’s down to me, which it is, but as it was a great deal of money I expected the supplier to make sure I had fully understood the spec and would be happy. I am not happy, yet they could have prevented this by a simple call to me.
I have since called PC Specialist, however the person was less than helpful, if I was almost as if I was a nuisance caller.
The PC was very well packed and came with a fair amount of instruction, although they did not tell you various things were not installed, such as the security software I had ordered.
