“Customer Service”

I have used this site for many years, I can't imagine how much money I have spend over the years. I received an incorrect item 5 weeks ago, I called their customer service and was advised to return the incorrect item and the correct one would be dispatched within 10 days, I am still waiting, they advised they did not receive the item I returned, I sent a copy of proof of return on 2 seperate occasions, of which they advise they have never received, I am £20.45 worse off, I have sent numerous emails, eventually customer relations took over and done nothing, they wanted me to send copy of return for a third time, appalling, I will never use this site again, I have passed all emails to Consumer Direct, who coincidently are more than aware of their appalling returns process, hopefully they will be able to resolve.
