Ordered a bag for my sister's birthday but having come across this company only two days before my sister's birthday I was worried that the item may not arrive in time for her. My sister phoned me today to say she loved the present - and I could not believe how quickly it had arrived. This company really did move heaven and earth to help me even sending a personal email to say it had been dispatched and they hoped it arrived in time.
I will definitely be buying more items in the future. Plus their postage was cheaper than another place where I had seen the exact same bag. Thanks!
