“Deposit not returned & no replies to e-mails”

I rented a car from SBC In Alghero on 5 june - 12 june & was informed that I needed to provide a card for a 700 euro deposit. As I had no prior information of this I had to use my VISA DEBIT card. The 700 euros were deducted from my account and has not yet been returned. I've sent several e-mails to SBC where I have explained the situation & provided necessary bank account information in order for SCB to be able to transfer the deposit back to my account. SCB refuses to answer any of my e-mails & I’m still without my 700 euros deposit almost 2 months after the return of the car…
