the service was very good.the online directory of books and authors is excellent also your prices.i am very happy doing business with the company and will be doing more.the company answered all enquiries i had about late deliveries of books.i would recommend to my friends who are looking for certain books to use your company online. the problem i had was the book ordered said it had been posted and would take 5-10 days but the delay would be due to being an oversea country by the mail carriers.so now when i order books i will allow 20 working days for delivery.
