GSM Liberty are awful. The process of unlocking is confusing and doesn't actually work. They say you can call them 24/7 but I tried and the guys don't have a clue what to do. He told me to go onto the online chat but didn't actually answer any of my questions and left me stuck with a locked phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a dreadful experience.
