The best part for me was the weekily diet plan. Working nights this helped by organising each day ,stopping me from convience junk food eating.. Introduced me to other healthy options to eat beside SALADS. The support team and feed back was encouraging and helpful. At first it was difficult to eat four times a day, but soon got used to it and found I had more energy and was not hungry or constantly thinking of foods. Pleased with my wieght loss of 4st in a year. Recommended to many friends and family . And so greatful to the friend who recommended it to me.The only down side is being unable to review the diet plans and some menus before buying.
