“Gold Service”

The boys at Braehead Glasgow offer a first class service, in relation to advice and to cycle service. My cycle, a Dawes Galaxy was booked in for a gold service, I received a call telling my bike did not need the gold service, as it was in very good condition. All that was required was a new chain and rear cassette and the brakes serviced, therefore a silver service was all that was required, plus the above parts, meaning I was charged no more than a gold service basic cost.

Really nice to see a service offered ethically, meaning, no short gain at the expense of long term relationship with the customer.

Well done, keep it up.
