We hired a car in Mallorca using these crooks.
Buried in the small print was the detail that the car is supplied with a full tank of diesel, which you must pay EXTRA for at OVER NORMAL cost
The claimed cost of 320 euros turned into an actual cost of 470 euros
The useless staff at RECORD Rent-A-Car at the airport took 20 minutes for each customer - we queued for over an hour, by which time it was very late at night and we had no other option but to accept
