“First rate and very discreet!”

As I'm sure most people are, I was a bit nervous about buying off a website when its such a personal and valuable item. The website is very informative and following some independant research and reviewing comments from other customers I bought an engagement ring.

The service from here on in was first class. I received three phone calls all of which started the conversation by checking if it was ok to talk in case my girlfriend was around. They explained each stage of the process clearly and answered all of my questions in great detail. The ring was delivered on time and in a beautiful unbranded wooden box. It was perfect and my girlfriend screamed when I proposed so definitely a good choice!!

The follow up service has also been good, checking that everything is in order and reminding me about their life time services on offer.
