“Nasty Customer Service for any problems”

This was the first and last time I will use this service. I was only given the option of 2-day Fed Ex delivery that cost $15. After 6 days I had not received the tickets, and contacted the seller (ticket preserve) who would not consider refunding the shipping cost or finding out where my tickets were. I decided to contact Direct seats to inform them of their client, and was answered with argument and accusation. I was not asking direct seats to refund anything, they were not the company who charged the shipping; I was only trying to inform them of this client's indifferent attitude. The rep who answered the phone for Direct Seats said there was no problem with me not receiving the tickets after 6 days, because the event had not happened yet. She made no offer to help me try and find where my tickets were and only accused me of creating an issue where there was not one. Fed-ex shows that the tickets were delivered 7 days later, but no one signed for them so I can only assume that the driver or my neighbor is going to the concert. I was then e-mailed a survey of there service, which I filled out very poorly; and still have not gotten any kind of response from the company. I am posting my review anywhere and everywhere I can....do not use this company. There are so many other companies that provide the same service and have employees that actually know how to speak to customers without getting nasty and argumentative.
