I like Evans because when buying online, you can return to a store for a refund or exchange. But they do take an eternity to despatch and deliver. They say on the website delivered within 3-5 days, but my last 4-5 orders from them have taken at least 9 working days, usualy at least 4-5 days to even despatch the order. And my last order has been lost, in the proccess of trying to get a new one sent out. (not sure who is at fault Evans or royal mail, but i have my suppositions!)
