Bad Points
I have had troubles with the frame, water pouring in through the front and back. Shortcuts in the electrical circuit, the airconditioning broken down completely and only repairable with extravagant cost. Most recently, the water cooler was broke due to rust and had to be replaced. The VW licensed garage where I went (no more) has bad service, poor quality and extremely high prices. Half of all repairs, I had to go back because something was still lacking or failing. I have held the car 3 years (now 6 years old) and has a 130 000 kms.

General Comments
My motto; VW Sharan, poor product, poor service and poor repair station. Never again a VW!
