“Excellent customer service”

I have used AIT a number of times in the past and they have always done an excellent job. Recently we ordered some PDUs from them and TNT managed to completely crush one of the units. I emailed AIT, and within minutes they had responded saying they had sent out a replacement unit. That's what I call great customer service :-) I would definitely use them again.
